Khary I. Cauthen 
Community Leader

Khary Cauthen was appointed by the Mayor as a Serve DC Commissioner in 2006. Mr. Cauthen is a resident of Ward 2 and came to Washington DC from New Jersey in 2001 with former New Jersey Governor Christie Whitman when she was asked by President Bush to be the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency. In addition to Serve DC, Mr. Cauthen is involved in many local service programs and is a volunteer organist at his church, Saint Augustine located in the U Street area of the District.
